hi i just wanted to know if this blank dvd is apparently good enough to play on a modified ps2 or is it just horrible.........

How the hell is anyone meant to tell anything from that picture? Its tiny!
Stick it in your pc's dvd drive, run dvdecrypter, check the media code & cross reference it against the 'best media' thread.
