im downloading the PAL version of fifa and i was wondering if i can still play online on a NTSC ps2? if not i cant find a NTSC version anywhere that works well begins downloading and i only found the demo can anyone tell me a site to get it from? through pm or here?

ye u can play online with both NTSC and PAL u just need to patch it with the dnas codes

Oh look! Another Fifa 2007 topic, to go with the other 10 topics we've seen over the last week or so!

Actually, unless you have either a PAL PS2, or older 'fat' PS2 that you can change the internal region ID of, then you won't be able to connect to ANY online game other than those from your own region, even if you do patch the disc with the correct PAL disc ID. You'll get an 833 Region Error due to the NTSC console.
