Transferring games from junk to high quality media

I appologise if this question was previously answered in another thread. Would it be a waste of good media to transfer data from junk media to good media? Does the junk media somehow currupt the data and make it run poorer than it should on good media if data is transferred from it?

Well as long as you can rip the data from the poor quality media then I guess you can burn it to a better quality media.

I would imagine that if you used DVD Decrypter and done a standard

mode > read > save the .iso

then mode > write > and burn to your good media.

as long as you read the data at a nice slow speed to reduce errors and then burn onto the good media at 4x you should be ok.

Some games in bad media (that was Memorex lol) will give read errors and will be unable to be ripped.

Just "find" the game and burn it again anew!
