My problem is this:

I have a old PS2 model and its modded (i dont know what modchip) and i can't get online even with original disc , i know i have to make a backup(i own the original) and patch that backup.

Up untill now i succeded with all SOCOM games in patching them.

Why up untill now?

Because today i bought MGS3:Subsistence and all the backups i made wont work and i get this at DNAS screen:
"DNAS Error (-403) A PS2 disc information error has occurred."

I followed this tutorial:

What should i do?

for your original games to go online you need to put your modchip in sleep mode

hmm i dont know.make a thread under ps2 hardware boot.name it modchip into sleep mode.surely someone with modchip knowledge can answer it.i only know the general ask someone else for the specific.

Invalid or corrupted disc authentication data. "DNAS Error (-403) A PS2 disc information error has occurred."

Your chip's been detected. Pretty sure it'll tell you on Messiah's website how to put it into sleep mode, but a lot of chip's go into sleep mode by pressing & holding the the standby button for a few seconds when you switch on the PS2.
