after weeks of reading i finally have a 1.5psp but i not able to play any games and i dont know why. I know i put the homebrew game like this psp/games and the iso go in he iso floder but where do I put the emulators at and why dont my games play. theny dont even show upwhen i turn it on.

Get the devhook ultimate installer at psp-hacks.com

Install that, real smooth and easy, next put your iso in your ISO folder (CAPS needed) in the root of your ms.

I noticed his post was a lil mis-typed. So Ill post it in clearer instructions.

That is the ultimate installer for the psp. It installs all files to the memstick and creates the ISO folder for you. Very simple. Drop your iso file in the ISO folder. Boot devhook. Select which ISO u wanna play under UMD Select. Dont mess with any of the other settings as it could cause it to not work properly. Press O over start on the main devhook screen and your game will load along with 2.71 firmware. Devhook is a firmware emulator and also doubles as an ISO loader. Any Q's Just ask.

thanks for the help but i do have the iso in caps and the files are in that folder. I put in rige racer but nothing happens when i log into devhook.

mate after you've booted eevry thing even the game from devhook put in a umd and wait a few seconds then BAM you'll see your game! i had same problem took me bout 35mins to figure it out lol

ok I do have the iso in the right place and when i turn it on and go to devhook the menu comes up and there is start and i press that and the devhook screen apears and there are no games to choose from. then I have the option to return back to 1.5. should i upgrade to the 2.0 then downgrade again or do i need some kind of ebooth. i just want to play some games.

sounds like its not actually an iso and maybe a rar package or maybe a dax file.
