I am having trouble backing my own copy of flatout2 for my 5 your old. I usually use decrypter iso read then iso write but that for some reason is not working. anything else that I am missing like a patch or something.

any help is appreciated thanks in advance

Certainly doesn't need a rebuild, its under 4Gb. Works fine as a 1:1 copy.
More likely to be media related, what brand are you using & are they -R or +R?
Also, what do you use to boot? Swap Magic or modchip?

I have this game and i used dvd decrypt and i used 8x taiyo yuden dvd-r's and swap magic 3.6 and it works perfectly.. but this game is so stupid

it works I have backed it up on Taiyo Yuden DVD-R successful, no rebuild needed. This game is so fun if you play Stunt Online (Ring Of Fire and Royal Flush is my favorite!)
