How to improve seeding (Azureus)

I am currently using Azureus and am seeding one of my files I downloaded. The seeding is uploading Very slowly.

What can I do to make my seeding fasting and better.

what kind of a connection are you on?

Dial up
Broadband
etc.

Maybe your firewall is blocking incoming internet connection from your peers.

Either that or there arent that many peers leeching from you or there are no peers at all or your peers download speeds are slow.

I have a broadband connection. I think it might be my firewall.
