Hi,
A friend recently gave me an LG DA-3530 that will not play my DVD-Rs.
Well, actually, it will play one (that I didn't make) and it played another
one once (with jerky playback) and would never play it again.
The player obviously will read DVD-Rs, since one disc will work, so it
must be the burning process that is creating the compatability problem.
I generally burn with CopytoDVD, and first went and burned a disc at UDF
1.02, thinking that maybe this would improve the compatibility. No dice so
far with either Pioneer or Saehan discs (both of which work great in my
other LG standalone).
So I decided to try GearPro, which I have read on numerous forums creates
"the most standard" DVDs. I put a DVD movie through DVD2one and tried to
import the files to GEarPro only to get the following error:

LOAD ERROR ON VTS_01_0.IFO
FIle cannot be loaded at the required address (646) because the address is
already occupied
First available load address is 659

After I hit OK, one BUP and one IFO file were loaded, and the rest of my
files had been rejected.
Any thoughts?
