MPEG encoding problem

I´m encoding some files with WinAVI Video Converter from DivX or AVI to Mpeg and a square formed with 9 smaller squares appear on the right top corner on the Mpeg encoded file that wasn´t on the original.

It´s also happening when I´m encoding to Mpeg with Vegas Video...

It wasn´t happening before so I asume that might be because of some program I instaled, one of them could be Win AVI Video Converter...

If anyone knows something about it

Have you ever trided to convert other files to other format or mpeg?
To see if it's just happen in Vegas video to mpeg.
But i think the best way is email to winavi and send them your converted file,they should can be help you.Wish helpful
