hi, i have Nero 6.6.8 and i am trying to make a multisession disc so i can add stuff to the disc later on, but when i get to the page where it says create multisession disc it is greyed out? why is this? thanks, agenthank!

Which option in Nero are you using?

Have the disc in the drive to write to? If the disc has been written to and finalized may be why the multisession option is greyed out.

i insert a blank cd disc,then i start Nero startsmart, then select make regular audio cd, then i add a few mp3 files which Nero transfers into normal audio, then i click next then multisession is greyed out? and ive unchecked the finalize disc box.
is there anything else to try? agenthank!

I don't think you can make multisession CD-Audio.

On the burn screen you may have an option that says, "Finalize CD - no further burning possible". Uncheck that the next time you make a CD and you may be able to continue adding on to it. But I don't know if it will work and lots of devices have problems with multisession discs anyway.

-Since half the questions here involve media problems, here ya go: Only use Verbatim or Taiyo-Yuden discs (get your TYs from Rima.com, not Supermediastore or meritline). Forget the rest, no matter what "brand" they sell under. Always burn at 4x speed regardless of the speed rating of this discs or your drive. If you have burn problems with these then you have to update your drive's firmware. For double-layer discs, only use Verbatim DVD+R DL and burn them at 2.4x speed.
