hi guys ,its hard to believe that people are buying ps2 till now even when ps3 is about to launch within a month ,no matter it is cheap(ps2)but what do u think of ps2`s life though i saw that there r some games enlisted to be released on ps2 (like god of war 2 and more)even after the release of ps3.
i rember that psone lived 4yrs even afer ps2 was launched and i think in 2005 or 2005 sony announced to stop its production.
what do u think about the kingpin of gamingworld, playstation2.how many years it may live cuz i too brought it 3weeks before(slim scph75004) and dont wanna hear a news after release of ps3 mentioning that

"new york.december 18,2006, Today the world electronics leader sony corp has annouced that it has stopped the production of ps2 and ps2 games so all ps2 fans dump u r ps2 and go buy u r self a ps3 "

It's not hard to believe people are still buying PS2s. Lots of people has kids or maybe have an interest in gaming themselves, but don't have $250 to spare for a Wii let alone $600 for a PS3. PS2 is cheap and has tons of great games to keep someone occupied for a long long time. Plus PS2 will have at least one good year of new AAA games coming out after PS3 launches IMO. Fear Effect 2 was a great PS1 game that I remember coming out months after PS2 launch. I'm earger awaiting God of War 2 next year.
