NESDS not working with M3 lite/pass card 3/ds lite with firmware 29. help?

Okay i did everything i was supposed to, i made the .nds NESDS file with ndstool.exe from darkfader and then i moved my nes files and the nesds emulator onto my ds lite then i loaded in ds mode and i clicked on the emulator to load it and and sometimes i just get a whit screen and then some times it just goes to the backing up/saving screen. but i doesnt work. Any ideas?

run the make_nds.bat and save it without any roms.
then put the nesDS.ds.gba on the card with roms and start the nesDS.ds.gba file then pick your rom and it should work.

I dont want the nesDS.ds.gba file, i use the ndstool.exe to make the nesDS.DS file so i can use it in DS mode without a cropped screen. The nesDS.ds.gba file has a cropped screen.

And i actually did try that too
