please can someone help.never had this problem with my old isp (ntl). all of a sudden when iam downloading using bit tornado as i always had (with no problems) the staus light always remains yellow. which means i cant get full connections. my isp is bt and im using the bt home hub (up to 8meg line). im stuck. tried to cancel but bt being bt wont cos "im tied to a 12 month contract". so if there is anybody with a home hub who can simply tell me how to rectify my problem or someone who can share some knowledge i would be extremely grateful....thanks ... ineed a green light!!!
