Is it possible to use a psp game file (ISO) from the computer to play on the psp (With fastloader) via the usb cable instead of loading it from the mem stick?

no but it is possible with devhook. you're going to want to use devhook anyhow fastloader cant load nearly as many games as devhook + devhook can emulate newer firmwares.

boot devhook select the iso under umd select have a UMD in press O over start on the main devhook screen and away u go.

For using the iso's over usb have a look at this tutorial
