Hi there

If I was to use my ISP to download material from newsgroups what would be the chance of the ISP getting in contact about what is being downloaded.
I have read that they are unmonitored so Im guessing that it would be unlikely.

If anyone knows then it would be great to hear from you.

1st off it depends on what isp are you using. secondly does this even concern the psp.

Yeah its because I want to download stuff for my psp. I know other people use bit torrent but I dont like the risks
