can i use a backed up action replay disk and how??

Ok my friend let me copy his original action replay disk that i bought him for his birthday and i wanted to know if there is any special way of burning it on a cd-r (Nero).

I tried to use it for killzone(PAL) and the codes dident work,
the action replay disk is NTSC i think so i dont if it plays PAL games, tell me if it doesent matter what regon the ARdisk is

please help!!!

Doesn't matter if its an NTSC Action Replay, but you MUST use the PAL codes for any PAL games. The codes already in an NTSC Action Replay are all NTSC codes, so you'd need to enter the PAL codes manually.
