I know DVD Decryptor was meant to be the best, but I'm new to this whole thing and I guess I missed the boat when it came to that. What would be your best suggestion for DVD ripping software that is still avalible.I wanting it for making amvs.

If anyone can be of help it would be very much appreciated.

best ripper- ripit4me(decryptyer and fixvts)free
second best ripper- AnyDVD ripper. $40
third ripper- fabdecrypter. free
now, these are rippers, as a on-the-fly decrypter, AnyDVD is the king. you also have dvd43free, not even close as good as AnyDVD.

Nero Recode2 or Shrink using deep analysis and AEC/ fabdecrypter or anydvd running in the background/ IMGBurn to burn/main movie only mode= perfect.

yup i am with elizerroj "RipIt4Me" is a great free tool then "DVDFab Decrypter"

if you want something very easy try CloneDVD 2 + AnyDVD theres a free 21 day trial but it will cost you 49 dollars (with this months promo)but its well worth it being the programs update for life.

remember to use good blank media (Taiyo Yuden and or Verbatim) and burn no faster then 8x heres some links and guides

Best free junks/crap processing tools: both FixVTS and VobBlanker
