Backup 2 ps2 games in one dvd

Man if I burn 2 ps2 games in different folder and add elf launcher as the opening program then we should be able to paly both game from one dvd. Problem is that we have to select the game from elf launcher.

But I dont know how can I burn a dvd into a CDFS format. when I burn it the dvd turned into UDF format so ps2 cant read the dvd.

I dont hav a re-writeable dvd for this reason i can test in other way. Plz can any one how can I burn 2 games in one dvd. There are some game is small that we can put 2 games in 4.7 GB dvd.
