Which is better, HD Loader or HD Advance?

I have a 300gig Maxtor that I confirmed from the compatibility list and a no solder mod, along with Swap Magic 2.0 (DVD)

HD Advance is the retail version while hdloader is the exact same (with newer updates) and free for download. However, you need a method of booting hdloader via swapmagic or modchip.
