Instructions:

You can use this program to help boot you into safe mode: http://superadblocker.com/bootsafe.html

Once in safe mode, Run CCleaner, click on "Options" on the left side, click on 'Advanced', uncheck Only delete files in Windows Temp folders older than 48 hours...Then click on "Cleaner" on the left side. Choose "Run Cleaner" (on the bottom right). This may take a few moments...

After that, run CWShredder...Accept the licence agreement, click on Fix to start the scan...

Once that is done, you can close CWShredder, run AVG AntiSpyware.

Select Scanner, then select the Settings tab and click on "Recommended Actions", select Quarantine. Click on the Scan tab and select Complete System Scan... The scanning may take a long time depending how big your hard drive is and how much stuff you have...

After the scan has finished, run Hijack This (Run a system only), and place a checkmark at this entry, if it exists:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {d869742a-e5d2-4624-96c7-aae26170665e} - C:\Program Files\MMediaCodec\isaddon.dll (file missing)

After you are done, please post a log from Hijack This and from AVG AntiSpyware...
