Having problems downloading hublists for DC++

I'm having problems with downloading hublists, i've finaly found a few lists that seem to be active but i continualy get the message "no connection could be made because the target machine activly refused it"

does anyone have an idea why or what i could do to get around this problem?

hi
well with me looking for english files i use the english hublist at http://www.hublist.co.uk ,i found that it works for me fine ,never had a problem with it yet and its got 3 types of hublist files to you so one of them should work ok for you
