Hey ok i just downloaded Azureus thinkin that i would be able to use it with ease while im in college since im not able to use limewire or any other p2p software because they block it. So when i started Azureus it did the test and then it kept sayin nat error i read the other threads and couldnt get anything out of it because one i dont have a router and im using windows firewall and i have no idea how to foward ports and all that and then someone told me that since i dont have a router i do not have to forward ports so if thats the case why does it keep coming up as nat error and when i try 2 download it goes very slow and then some files just wont download it just has a red face.. i have only been able 2 have red blue and yellow faces. could someone please explain it to me on the slow level that i am on this subject lol

ok well i read all the risks and everything but it stills seems like nobody knows how to get a fast download speed and how to change the red smiley faces on Azureus and the only thing i really got out of that thread was use ports in the range of 60,000 but i dont have a router to forward it to

The Collage has routers. ANd you might never be connectable on campus. It really depends on the Security Setting on the network. The BT protocol is easy enough to detect and block block regardless of the client you are using. Most Likely they are throttling it. alot of ISP are staring to do the same thing. Try using Utorrent and "enable protocol encryption" and select the option that says "add utorrent to the windows firewall exception list"
