Hi, I have an old ipod click wheel and its been fine for ages! but i went to plug it into my computer and the computer or itunes dont recongnize it, and the screen has now froze, ive tryed reinstalling itunes and its not helped, ive also tryed to restore it but it just freezes the itunes screen, even though the 'do not disconnect'screen comes up on my ipod. can anyone tell me what to do, is it my ipod or itune?
