There are a few homebrew apps for psp 2.8(1) but they are the shi*ty TIFF ones that are like teris and bomberman etc, not that cool.

the realese date is unknow,but i think itll take a long time,cause 2.81 has stronger security than 2.80 and we are still waitin for 2.80 eloader,downgrader,kernel ect.
so..ull have to wait
