Burn a game from mdf and mds formats

i got a game and it came in two formats a .mdf and .mds i know that im probably the thousandth person to ask this but if i have it in these two forms what would i use to burn it and how would i. usually i burn an iso image from Alcohol 120%.

Yeah, these questions have been asked before, which is where forum search comes in handy!
mds & mdf are Alcohol image files, a bit like bin & cue. DVDecrypter can also burn them.
Checking any of your store bought games would of given you some idea of what PAL & NTSC is.
They're TV system regions; PAL = Europe & Australia, NTSC/UC = USA & Canada, NTSC/J = Japan.
