I need help unlocking Nokia 6280

I have a 6280 I bought from a PAL and he cannot remember the security code. The phone was an orange phone but has been unlocked for all networks. Only problem is I get asked the security code when I put any other sim card in.
The IMIE number is: 355666004180609
Please help me on this one someone.
