StreamBox VCR. Found lost index tag aborts download

I'm trying to download this stream which works perfect with RealPlayer:
rtsp://213.200.64.226/tv4broadcast/realmedia/thu1825.rm

But when I use StreamBox VCR it starts downloading but only gets to 519 bytes and then I get the errors:
- Found lost index tag, truncating file to 479, indexs created
- Error received from RTSP server

Any ideas?

I don't pretend to understand rtsp, but how streambox behaves to the URL you provide looks very different (and less complex) to the long-winded setup transaction realplayer performs when you monitor the two via Ethereal.
I suggest not to use streambox but to use something like totalrecorder - http://www.highcriteria.com

The short answer is, I don't think you can get this via streambox. :-(
