and i don't remember a window during the setup, to choose where all my downloads go, do they go to the desktop? how do i change this?

Go to Options --> Preferences and change stuff in there.

Hey ottesen07,

Heres how its done:

(1) Launch uTorrent

(2) Click options

(3) Preferences

(4) Downloads tab, Check "Download to" an browse to where you wish the files to be downloaded to and uploaded from.
