Premiere Export Options to get TMPEG to work

Hi All,

i am using premiere to export movies into AVIs, which i then use TMPEG to convert. I recently bought a new computer and it doesn't work. I then changed some setting and it takes forever to do so (6 hours for 17 minutes of movie) and makes the file huge (10s of gigs). What should the settings be on premiere? If i use the Microsoft DV AVI setting, TMPEG doesn't recognise the format....
