hey guys I got ur assistance on my first build and now it's time for my second. I want to build a computer that will be easy to upgrade in the future... Obviously with the COre2Duo's and the 4 core processor's from intel soon to be released I'm not sure what I should do... I want to build a computer that is great now, but that may also be usable in the future.... Should I just buy a Asus A8N mobo with a Pentium D for now and upgrade later, or should I go with the 975X motherboards and be already prepared for future upgrades?

thanks!

some of the asus p5 boards can do pentium d, conroe and kentsfield right out of the box.

best thing to do is read the last 4 or 5 pages in the pc builders thread(its a sticky at the top of the other pc hardware page) and then ask any questions you still have in there.
