ik heb per ongeluk(domdomdomdom)iets gewist en kan startsmart nu niet meer starten ik krijg een error SOME FILES ARE MISSING PLEASE REINSTALL Nero ik heb al van alles geprobeerd maar niets werkt begin nu echt wanhopig te worden PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Ok here's a google translation of this (dutch)
k has accidentally erased (stupidstupidstupidstupid) something and can startsmart now no longer start I gets error SOME FILES ARE MISSING PLEASE REINSTALL Nero
I have already tried of everything but nothing works beginning now real desperate to become PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

So if google is correct unisntall Nero completely again then run the clean tool for the version you have. Here's a link:

Now reintall Nero.
If this doesn't do the trick than english pls :)

Hi herms111
I just checked the link anf it took me to the clean tools for Nero. You would click on the one for the version you have.

If the link isn't working for you then go to Nero.com>support>tools & utilities. Click on Nero 6 or Nero 7.

Another thing I would do after Nero is uninstalled, the clean tools ran is reboot then run a registry cleaner like ccleaner. Use the cleaner and issues options.
Then reinstall Nero.
