Changing CPU fan speed?

Ok i have a stock fan that came with my cpu and i would like to know how to change that fan speed? becouse my temp. of cpu is 42c on Ai booster which reaches almost the yellow. Dark green is good temperature, light green is ok temperature, yellow is kinda bad, and the red is dangerous temperature. Thanks
