Hey HC is a great encoder, if that's finished and you have (ha ha..can't talk)rebuilded it then go to the destination folder and you will find DVD files folder open that and burn it with Nero or whatever...probabaly even clone...that is unless you prepared it as an iso

PS
Sorry I gave you some erroneous information. What I was referring to, is when you just do the movie only. For some reason if you do the extra's you need to prepare it as an ISO....hey don't ask me why it works that way, but it does. I really like IMG burn, but if it's Movie only I just use Nero Express. If I do the whole movie with all the extra's then I make sure I make I check output to ISO file, if fact if you make it one click back up, you can click IMG burn directly to disc...sounds pretty good. Sorry about the misinformation.

If you did not already in the settings make sure it is set to "BEST" in the Quality / Speed selection option.
To burn your files, Vobs or ISO's you should use IMGburn or (if you have it) Nero Burning Rom. With IMGburn you can convert the VOB files into an ISO image so if you do not own Nero it's no problem.

As said above you will have to go to the destination folder that you set DVD-RB to ouput the final files and figure out if you made VIDEO_TS folder + files or an ISO(The default setting is VIDEO_TS folder)
I would download and burn with IMGBurn no matter how the files where output.
If they are in VIDEO_TS folder then just use the build option in IMGBurn to burn the files correctly.
Below is the link to IMGBurn if you do not have it (Ot is freeware)

You know I seem to do pretty good with and image I have already converted during the rebuild process, but for some reason if I build it before I burn it I don't get as good a burn out of it.............maybe it's just me?

First, I would suggest investing in the CCE encoder. Using RB with anything else is like trying to run a Ferrari on regular gas. Your processing will also be quicker with CCE than with HC.
Second, I've gotten the best burn results using ImgBurn, using the default RB output settings. Under the Mode menu on ImgBurn, be sure to click on "Build" rather than "Write." Open the RB destination folder in ImgBurn and you are on your way.

I strongly second the opinion to get CCE Basic, it's worth the cash, as is DVD-RB Pro.
