AZUREUS SPEED ISSUES!!

i installed Azureus today and was downloading at about a stable 160 kbps, about an hour later the speed dropped down to 0kbps(actually 43 b/s... which is slower than 1 kbps) and have been for the last 3 hours. NAT is OK by the way .. HELP PLEASE

either a bad torrent (downloads really fast then wont finish)if there is over 500 seeds and u can only connect to 1 or 2 its probably fake or bad settings, check this out it should help:

Not knowing how many leechers or seeds you have, it could be because noone has the file parts you need, you will have to be patient until a seeder comes along or a leecher with the parts you needs connects.
