i just updated my sansa e250 (1gb) with firmwire for the 1st time..since then i have been getting this language selectio screen whenever i start the player also i am loosing my saved settings..such as music EQ etc...

can anyonw help me pls..

what firmware are you now running ? is it the latest? did you use the auto updater?

Thanx a lot for the links...but there is no sure solution to my prob...my firmwire ver is 01.01.11P and i used the auto updater from the site...
