FIFA 07 Infrastructre problem *ISO*

Now before you guys say that your ISO is not working because it's only ISO Vs ISO & UMD Vs UMD, now I know that.
Now, the reason that is stated above is because an ISO loads faster that a UMD even if we launch the ISO at 222/111, I have noticed that we always get disconnected with the opponent just before the game starts.
I have noticed that this happens on mostly EA games. Now I was wondering if I launch the ISO at an even slower speed ie, 111/54 MHz but the problem is that my PSP locks up whenever I launch it at that speed.
Can anyone provide me with a download Devhook 0.44+ that launches successfully at 111?

Some games do that with online play while running thru devhook. I have a few games that I cant access online play with either, but if you try to run the game at 111MHz the game will LAG HARDCORE. I have tried this also and they run very finnicky.

But when u fo run then at 111 even if they are finnicky are u able to connect to ur opponent as opposed to 222?

You know I never tried that. I just tried running it at 111MHz to see what would happen.

A don't worry about it. Its the EA servers that for some reason disconnect you from your opponent. I have almost all the new EA games and they all disconnect, but the worst of them is NBA Live I have only connected a few times. Madden is the best of the online games they have, I connect about 80% of the time.
