hi, i'm new here...

ok..i need help on how to figure out this problem...why does it takes like 3-4minute for the buffer level to load??before it only takes seconds to start...i already tried uninstalling Nero..here's a screenshot http://img136.imageshack.us/my.php?image=untitledzv4.jpg
