Hey...I am using uTorrent. I am on a T1 LAN. I am only getting speed of 0.2 kb/s and 0.5 kb/s. I know for sure that i should be getting more speeds than this. The torrents i am downloading have lots of seeders on them. But still i end up getting low speeds. I tried changing ports. But i am pretty sure its a firewall in my university. Could anyone help me to get around this? I have tried lots of clients. uTorrent used to be okay. But doesnt look like it anymore.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here's the simple answer : NO.
There's no legal way around the uni's firewall.
Try and find out what kind of filesharing goes on on the internal network, and jump in on that.

When i used to use IRC, i was able to find a open port and download with great speeds. I was wondering if there is some way to find an open port, so that i can download. It takes weeks for me to get a download finished. So if i am able to find an open port, it will be nice. Hope you can understand my situation.

Any help will be appreciated!
