I use Roxio to burn all of my CDs and it works like a charm for me. It's sometimes cryptic in its instructions but I usually am able to figure it out. I'm able to use the CDs I burn in both my CPU and commercial CD players. Fiends I burn for - ha ha - say the sound quality is magnificent. I lean heavily towards classical and Roy Orbison type music and my friends are devout audiophiles though they're not compugeeks. Yet! - Just wait till I get those nanoprobes! - My problem occurred rather serendipitously last night. I didn't feel like going out to buy blank CDs, so, I reasoned thudly. Hey, why not copy to my hard drive? It done woik. The files are .cpa, I think, and there is a text box for this filetype and a radio button that says "copy to hardrive first" but nothing happens in the 'from' 'to' regions when I press start or go or whatever it is. No angelic voices, no major flashes of light, oh, and no copy either. What am I doing wrong?
