I got Justice League Heroes from torrents. but i need the default xbe file. how is people playing these games getting these files.

What do you mean you need this file? What for? If you have a modded Xbox and you get a game from a torrent it should be an iso file. You just burn the iso and play the game? What's your query?

Ok, jokes aside, you need to unrar them! You need a program called WinRAR. The files are compressed. When you decompress them you'll get an iso file! You only need to decompress the last one "Mbpx-jlh.rar". WinRAR will then automatically extract the files from the rest!
