100% cpu utilization in MPC

Hi!

I have a strange problem with Media Player Classic (latest version). I have it set to VMR9 renderless output.
Now when I play a video using that renderer, and anything (popup, menu, tool tip, etc) appears (is drawn) over the MPC window, then CPU utilization for MPC goes to 100% and stays that way until that "anything" is removed.

What could that be ? A problem with video card (ATI X800XT, Catalysts 6.3) ? Some configuration problem ?
