Nero Burn Process Failed

I have been burning with Nero for quite some time and now am having problems burning Monster House. The same error came up with Click. I have been able to burn other movies.
I get this error:
"Focus or tracking error."
"Focus or tracking error."
"Could not perform end of disc at once."
"Burn process failed at 4x."
Would anyone happen to know what the problem is?

What are you using to rip the discs to your HDD? The problem is likely due to your decrypter...here is a guide for DVDFab Decrypter which will do both of the titles you mention in your post, especially if in Main Movie mode.
Also a full log would be more helpful to post in case there are other problems we can address:

Actually, I was using DVDFab Decrypter and that didn't work for these two movies. It was an older version. So I updated it. The newer version shows full disc and main movie. I picked main movie. Then when that was done, I put it through DVD Shrink. Then tried to burn with Nero.

Throw out the memorex and try some verbatim discs...

The last firmware support for your drive was a year and a half ago according to rpc1...check your manufacturers website to see if they have a new firmware for the drive and you may get by with those discs, doubtful though.
