I loved the 1st resident evil for ps1, i used to have it ages ago but i sold it with my ps1 i neva got round to completing it, i recently bought it again off ebay for 3.99, im gonna complete it this time, how long does it take.
It seems a long game, i love the puzzle factor of it, its an amazing game even now, its class....

Well of caurse it wont be as long as a ps2 game because ps1 games can only fit so much.

Well maybe because it wus so long ago it must have seemed really long to me, but its an awsome game to this date.

Definately the best, nemesis is 1 of my favs, or resi 4, although i am yet to complete it

Oh I beat resident evil 4 a long time ago defentily the best one although the outbreak series wasent that good.

I personally think RE was a horribly crafted series and a very linear and confusing story line, And yet... I love it... weird huh? Anyway number one was great... I was scared when I was 11, Its very suspenseful, unlike RE4 so on... Buy RE-X Code:Veronica if you get a chance, Its like RE1 only better graphics and longer story.

Yeah I own code:veronica and it is ok... But I dont find resident evil scary more like a suspence action game. If you want scary siren or silent hill are pretty good also F.E.A.R has scary parts in it but it is just like resident evil not really scary...

Yeah I know they are not scary, And code veronica was only alright... But it brings back the great feeling of RE1 and sometimes the suspense in it is almost strangeling! Oh well, Try and buy it if you can.
