Someone just told me that would be the answer to playing Marvel: Ultimate Alliance since it has a requirement of 2.80 fw. I just bought the game and was so looking forward to playing it but I can't :( I don't want to update my firmware. What is prx swapping and how do I do it?

cant do it on a umd. has to be an iso file.

Aww...yo well w/e how do I do it still? I'm downloading the ISO file right this minute cuase the load times are so much faster then umd's or atleast it was for monster hunter. Anyhow, can someone please answer my question now?

just use fastloader to make your own game copy and save your self the download wait

calm down there turbo u dont wanna blow an o-ring. u should of specified that on ur first post. take the prx's from a 2.71 game and swap them into the 2.8 game. Theyre usually somewhere in the USRDIR folder. its hard to say because most are in a different spot but this isnt confirmed to work. this worked on games like splinter cell and outrun so one would speculate it would still work now. but once again its not confirmed.
