Hey, I'm new to the forum. Anyway, I've been trying to find some hubs near Syracuse University, but so far I've got none. Anyone know
where I could find some hubs or anything like that? Hublist.org never seems to work for some reason, and I gave up on the site.

Edit: I'll also add that I've never used DC++ before. I tried reading the beginner's manual, but it was total crap. Maybe someone has some personal tips for fools, and idiots? I'd greatly appreciate it.
