i hv devhook and psp v 1.5 i downloaded an iso game and put it in the iso folder.When i open devhook it shows that the game is there i hit start and the screen blacks out then the psp turns off.When i switch settings around a bit i hit start and it takes me back to the psp menu and shows that i hv gun inserted in the umd section.So i hit the umd and it says "the game could not be started"wat did i do??

The game may be corrupted, or the settings in devhook may be set wrong.

Devhook Settings for PSP from http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/374049 by xche78x

Choose 1 " Devhook .45 Main Program" then input this setup:
(After running devhook some people that didnt install USB should press O to stop the autorun)

UMD SELECT - "game title".iso/cso (select the Game You're gonna play)
UMD MOUNT - ISO ANYUMD
UMD VERSION - 2.xx-> 2.00
FIRMWARE - 2.71
CPU CLOCK - 222/111 (333 if you dont use wifi and/or have few games)
BOOT SELECT - reboot XMB
OTHER > REMOTE CTRL - "No Change"
OTHER > preload address - "No Change" (89000000) default
OTHER > USB OPTION - ON if you use USB and loads ISO from PC
OTHER > SCREENSHOT OPTION - "No Change" Disabled by default

Choose START : this will take you to the Emulated 2.71 XMB
If you inserted A UMD during Devhook Setup the game will play straight away. If Not, well you should insert any UMD GAME (Not UMD Movie) so the psp can detect a UMD game.
