ripping with DVD Copy 4 platinum

i got DVD Copy 4 platinum and DVD43, but it wont let me import DVD movies to my computer to watch them without using the dvd. I've tried other programs liek Ripit4me with DVD Decrypter but RIPit4Me just says its starting ripping process but doens do anything.

Is there a way to just copy a movie from a dvd to my computer into one AVI, mpeg or similar file? If so could you tell me the programs i need?
