Hi,

I have tried burning my DVDs with Nero, and occasionally I get a write error. I've been using this burner for almost a year and this problem occurs sporadically and then will randomly resolve. I usually run some anti-virus programs thinking maybe that will take care of the problem. It did not work this time. I am able to burn the DVD to my computer, but when I use Nero to copy to a blank DVD, I get the log below. The DVDs I use are not a problem - I've been using the same types - this error occurs no matter what DVD I try to burn, and the software is usually able to create the DVD on someone else's computer. Any help fixing this would be much appreciated.

Thank you for the response!
I updated my firmware and zapped Roxio, but the burn process still failed. This time I got the invalid block address error (This is when I added the entire DVD folder that was copied to be burned - when I got the write error, I had only added the video subfolder).

The DVDs I use are Memorex DVD+R - I know it's not the DVDs because I've used the same DVDs to burn with the same software and same video on another computer and it is successful. And previously the DVDs have also worked on my laptop.

Let me know if there are any other suggestions.
