I have just started using Nero in place of Video Studio 9 and I am so disappointed! Probably one of the most important features of any video is the ability to fade in and out with background music. Watch any film, advert or promo and you ALWAYS hear the backround music fading in and out. Without it, the viewer would be constantly startled. As in depth as Nero is I find it completely mystifying to even contemplate launching a product without this most basic facility! I am using Nero 7 - not Nero 1 where are the programmers?
