No. Those GameShark codes will be for the NTSC version of the game, and you clearly want PAL codes.
You can only convert codes from NTSC to PAL if there are already some PAL codes available to compare the HEX difference between the 2 sets of codes.

I dunno what the game is, but your best bet would be checking the Euro codes at http://www.codejunkies.com
